for the GoLocal Partners Platform, which is committed to protecting the privacy

By registering and using GoLocal
Partners as a Seller or Professional, you confirm that you are at least
eighteen (18) years of age and legally authorized to operate a business or
provide services in your jurisdiction. You consent to the practices described
in this Privacy Policy. The terms “you” or “your” refer to the individual or
business entity using the Platform for commercial purposes as a Seller or
service provider.
GoLocal acts solely as a
facilitator and intermediary between Sellers, Professionals, and Customers. All

jurisdiction in which the Platform operates.

by GoLocal in the course of registration, listing activity, order fulfillment,
customer communication, account management, or support interactions.

requirements, operational needs, or the jurisdiction in which the Platform

This enables us to create and manage your account, process transactions, and

helps facilitate marketplace functionality.

details. This ensures proper recordkeeping and resolution of any service
issues.

Communication and Chat Data:
If you use in-app messaging, support chat, or
communicate with Customers through the Platform, we collect the content of
those messages This includes any personal information or transaction details
relevant to customer support, dispute resolution, or to ensure compliance with
our platform policies — including preventing attempts to bypass the app for
direct transactions.

requests submitted by you through the available channels. This includes inquiries
related to listings, account issues, delivery questions, or refund requests.

5.5
Marketing and Promotional Use:
With your prior consent or where allowed by law,
GoLocal may share limited Seller or Professional information with marketing
service partners to inform you of new features, promotions, or advertising
opportunities. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time via the
unsubscribe links.
5.6
Analytics:
We may share aggregated, anonymized data with

service improvements. This information does not identify you personally and is

At GoLocal, we are committed to protecting the
personal and business data of Sellers and Professionals using our Platform. Our

protection regulations applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Platform

Data Retention:
We retain your
information only as long as necessary for operational, legal, and compliance
purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. If your Seller account is terminated
or you request deletion of your data, we will remove or anonymize the data
unless retention is required by law, regulatory obligations, or to resolve
ongoing disputes.
If a Seller or Professional requests account deletion, their profile and data
will be marked for removal and hidden from the Platform. However, certain data
may be securely retained for up to 7 days to allow for recovery, dispute
resolution, or legal compliance, before permanent deletion occurs.

Your data is stored on
secure servers that follow industry-recognized privacy and cybersecurity

6.5
Exclusions from Liability:

of the Seller, such as failing to secure devices or account credentials

YOUR RIGHTS:
GoLocal respects your rights in relation to the

registered Seller or Professional, you have several options for accessing,

accurate.

The GoLocal Seller Platform is intended for use by individuals who
are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect or process

If it is discovered that a Seller account has been created or
accessed by a user under the age of 18, we reserve the right to suspend or
delete the account and remove any associated data in accordance with our
policies.

Parents or legal guardians who believe that a minor has submitted
information to GoLocal

take appropriate action.
